  Customer service from Coastcare Med at Carrum Downs was 10/10. My product wasn't in stock, but Ange went out of her way to track one down, and had it at the Carrum warehouse the next day. This was followed up by a phone call from Ange to let me know it was there.  Very reasonable pricing on products I saw. Great friendly, respectful service (not just for me, but also other customers present),  and a huge range of products. Thank you Ange !   Amazing customer service. Placed my order on a Friday, received immediate confirmation. On the Monday had a call to follow up my order and where I wanted to collect the items from. I enquired on delivery options and at a reasonable fee ($22:50) they said they could ship the items. To my surprise the goods arrived the next morning (Tuesday), hand delivered to my Mums door. They had even fitted the walking stick loop to the walking stick for her. Arthritic gloves fit perfectly and are a good quality. She’s looking forward to using the can-pull and new palm grip stick.
